Glenn has implemented the Scaling Up methodologies for over 17 years.
He left the NZ Police in 2005, thinking he had no transferable skills in the corporate world.
At the time, he had no idea the years of policing the streets had given him some incredibly powerful insights and experience in human behaviour that would transform his career.
In 2006 he was introduced to the Scaling Up performance platform and has implemented this in all his corporate roles and businesses he has owned ever since.
Joining the team at SureFire Search Marketing in 2011 as director of sales, he built an entirely new division focused on SME businesses. In a 3.5yr period, he built a 25-strong sales team and made the Deloitte Fast 500 tech firms in Asia in 2014 and led them through an acquisition process in which the company was acquired by a US Tech marketing firm.
Since then, Glenn has owned and consulted with high-growth firms on implementing Scaling Up systems to increase profits and valuations with less drama and is a certified Scaling Up Coach and practitioner.
The Scaling Up Performance Platform, alongside his open, honest and often unorthodox approach to utilising Social Media was a cornerstone strategy to build the business, and in 2017 founded Connect The Dots, which is a business with the express purpose of educating and supporting high-growth businesses.
Glenn is now also frequently asked to coach & train organisations at private events & conferences around NZ with topics ranging from Scaling Business, LinkedIn, ‘Social Selling’ & Why Every Business Owner Should Run an Ultra Marathon Run.

Glenn is a father of four with a family passion for travel and adventures. For 5 years their family holidays replicated "The Amazing Race" adventures in third world countries teaching his children and those of other families that joined them invaluable communication and leadership skills through exciting travel adventures.
